It looks like the prior online portal is no longer accepting applications. Rather businesses are supposed to complete PDF forms off line and upload them to the website. Businesses will no longer be able to look up application status.

Insurance Premium Installments Deferred
The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) is announcing that insurance premium installment payments due for March, April and May for the current policy year may be deferred until June 1, 2020, at which time the matter will be reconsidered. This applies to public and private employers. BWC will not lapse (cancel) coverage or assess penalties for amounts not paid because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

I plan on starting back up on Saturday, 3/28. I recommend you to refer to coronavirus.ohio.gov to learn more about COVID-19. The virus and disease is changing rapidly, so stay up to date with the facts. The CDC is also a great resource. When the practice re-opens, every effort will be made as a precaution such as enforcing hand washing upon entering, spacing out appointments, sanitizing all surfaces, and other measures as appropriate. Please be patient with the inconvenience that we are all facing to minimize the impact on our society. Think about your loved ones and the greater good of our community. Primary Health Solutions 513.454.1111- We are still open, are accepting new patients and doing virtual medical and behavioral health appointments. People who need us may call: 513-454-1111 to get scheduled for an appointment.

Talawanda Local School District 513.273.3390- What we can use most right now is donations to the Backpack Program. Yesterday, Talawanda served meals to over 300 students and the Backpack volunteers are gearing up to serve this many or more on Friday. As we are going through more and more food, monetary donations are much appreciated to support this critical program. Here is how!
